Innair is a personal wellness brand operated by an individual based in the United States. Innair offers body–mind awareness experiences, including but not limited to guided breathing sessions, group experiences, and recorded courses.

1.2 Eligibility

All services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By using this website or booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

1.3 Services Offered

Innair may offer:

• One-on-one live sessions

• Group sessions

• Pre-recorded digital courses
  

Services may be offered live, recorded, or in hybrid formats. Innair reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

 

1.4 Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its integrated payment providers. Innair does not store or have access to your full payment information.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Innair to charge the applicable fees for the selected service or product.

 

1.5 Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

• Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be honored.

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show, the session will not be rescheduled, and a partial refund may be issued at Innair’s discretion. The refunded amount, if any, will be clearly defined at the time of purchase or booking.

 

1.6 Intellectual Property

All content provided by Innair, including but not limited to text, videos, audio, course materials, exercises, and written practices, is the intellectual property of Innair.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, resell, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

 

1.7 User Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully and responsibly in all Innair spaces. Innair reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access to any user whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms.

 

1.8 Modifications to Terms

Innair may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

2.1 General Policy

Due to the nature of live and digital wellness services, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

 

2.2 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule live sessions with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

 

2.3 No-Shows

If a client fails to attend a session without proper notice:

• The session is forfeited

• A partial refund may be issued, at Innair’s discretion

• No rebooking is guaranteed

 

2.4 Digital Products & Courses

All sales of recorded courses or digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

 

 

3. Wellness & Breathwork Disclaimer

 

Innair provides wellness-oriented experiences intended to support self-awareness, presence, and mind–body connection.

Innair is not a medical or mental health provider. The services offered do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, psychotherapy, or treatment of any kind.

Some practices may involve deep or conscious breathing, emotional exploration, or somatic awareness. These experiences may produce physical, emotional, or psychological sensations.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You voluntarily engage in these practices

• You assume full responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being

• You understand that results vary between individuals

Participation is based solely on your own judgment and discretion.
