1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

1.1 General Policy

Due to the nature of live and digital wellness services, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

 

1.2 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule live sessions with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

 

1.3 No-Shows

If a client fails to attend a session without proper notice:

  • The session is forfeited

  • A partial refund may be issued, at Innair’s discretion

  • No rebooking is guaranteed

 

1.4 Digital Products & Courses

All sales of recorded courses or digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
